Renee Herold, MS, OTR/L

Born and raised in Maryland, Renee graduated with both a Bachelor and Master’s degree in occupational therapy from Towson University.  Since graduating from TU, she has focused her career in pediatrics.  Renee first began working as an occupational therapist in Baltimore County Public Schools and also in Baltimore City Infants and Toddlers.  She felt very limited by the services she could provide for children in the public school system and saw a greater need in the community.  She decided to expand her skills and experience and began working in private practices where she has been for the past several years.  Renee opened About Kids Occupational Therapy in September 2013, and is excited to have the opportunity to work with you and your family.

Renee is licensed in the state of Maryland and nationally certified by NBCOT.  She has been trained in Sensory Integration, Handwriting Without Tears, Interactive Metronome, The Alert Program, and ABA (applied behavioral analysis).
